Your role at Clorox:
At Clorox, the Master Data Analyst plays a critical role at the heart of our supply chain and product lifecycle. This position sits on the front lines of product lifecycle management, master data governance, and materials management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that fuels our operations and financial results.As a Master Data Analyst, you will gain a broad, end-to-end view of the supply chain, from ideation and product creation to production and delivery to our customers. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and Brand teams, acting as a key steward of Clorox’s data and materials across systems.

The role is based in our facilities located in Jinetes, Mexico City, with a hybrid working model -3 days at the office, 2 working from home each week.
In this role, you will:
Manage New Item/ System Set-up
- Responsibility for attending scoping calls and coordinating set-up activities for all assigned projects and materials.
- Validate and maintain data elements across systems ensuring accuracy.
- Understand network supply chain for set-up.
- Coordinate and effectively prioritize workstreams for all project materials—raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress ‘WIPs’ and finished goods.
- Develop timeline to effectively prioritize necessary work within time-sensitive conditions.
- Communicate updates of new item/system set-up to key stakeholders.
Data Maintenance
- ‘End of Life’ material activities which include manage system status settings to enable obsolescence activities.
- Execute Notice of Destruction (NODD) for remnant materials.
- Research and resolve Customer Service order issues.
- Partner with Supply Planner to manage material determination/exclusion records.
- Ensure and influence data integrity across the systems through material transitions/changes and bill of material updates.
- Maintain positive relations with plants/external manufacturers and brand stakeholders.
Reporting:
- Research inventory and collaborate with Supply Planners, Plants, Vendors, and Copackers
- Complete quarterly miscellaneous to determine if Finance should reserve inventory.
- Manage monthly data quality to ensure accurate system information.
- Execute annual cost re-roll reporting.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain-related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ Supply Chain work experience at industrial companies (e.g., areas like order management, customer service, customer support or customer logistics roles).
- Microsoft Power BI + Macros and Excel expertise.
- Experience using SAP.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Fluent English both oral and written.
Preferred qualifications:
- Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry experience.
- Experience working with USA operations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to mine, sort and clean data from various systems.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects/activities simultaneously in a time sensitive environment.
