As our Master Data Analyst, you will be an essential part of the YETI Business Operations team, applying your product master data knowledge and cross-functional understanding of how data can support business growth. Your eye for detail and structural mind set will drive product and pricing data integrity, automate and build structured processes and quality across the organization. In this role, you will partner with the key players in the organization to ensure data supports future growth.
Responsibilities:
Support the creation of and ensure compliance against, product master data governance policies.
Create, maintain accurate product and pricing master data records in ERP and B2B systems, consolidating data from various systems into one.
Work closely with Merchandising for the setup of new seasons and launches in all relevant systems.
Validate accuracy and completeness of product and pricing information before uploading into the ERP and B2B systems.
Conduct regular product and pricing data cleaning and quality assurance activities, setting up exception-based reporting to catch any inaccuracies.
Set up and management of assortment product and pricing data files to support the B2B ordering process.
Set up admin in the B2B tool.
Work closely with Supply Planning ensuring product master data accuracy and transmission to the warehouses.
Participate in product master data related projects such as Master Data Management (MDM) SAP, supporting design and testing where needed.
Improve product master data processes and systems continuously, and by applying advanced excel skills to automate data set creation from various sources.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3-4 years of experience in a product & pricing data management role.
Advanced expertise with Excel and BI tools.
Experience with SAP Master Data Management.
Ability to adapt and work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment and capable of working independently.
Ability to communicate clearly in the English Language (both written and verbally).
