Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Provide support to the business managing pricing data effectively to ensure proper controls, high data quality and efficient process performance:

  • Monitor and update pricing information to reflect changes in market conditions, promotions, and discounts. Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate pricing data.

  • Set up and configure price conditions in the SAP system according to company policies and guidelines.

  • Support controls and regular checks to ensure compliance with internal control, standards and rules.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of pricing changes.

  • Keep proper maintenance of SOPs.

  • Perform audit for pricing maintenance.

Drive value creation supporting the business:

  • Positively influence the business by supporting training to internal customers, CI projects or leveraging data, analytics and actionable insights to deliver quantifiable results.

  • Generate consistency, efficiency, and productivity improvements by leveraging process improvement, standardization and automation to generate white space.

  • Propose and support new projects to resolve process gaps and ensure compliance with business rules and policies.

Work in partnership with ITS and the business teams to implement new data technologies that enhance process efficiency and drive effective data quality:

  • Participate as directed in test case execution for new systems and tools ensuring that business processes are not disrupted by changes.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Other regional languages required: Mandarin Chinese.
