The Master Data (MDM) Administrator receives, analyzes and processes supplier or customer master data.
This is a great opportunity for You, if you are detail oriented, have good communication skills and want to be part of a team that supports a multinational company globally. Within this role you will work in multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), do troubleshooting and practice your language capabilities. You can also develop your business and technical knowledge, analytical and interpersonal skills.
After a successful selection You will be assigned to a specific role within the team (Global Audit or Data Specialist or Bank Validation) and work cohesively with others to complete projects, tasks and fulfil audit needs.
Your role
Respond to internal requests and queries within agreed timescales, ensuring accuracy
Work with the sales team and IT to align master data rules
Support master data audits and compliance with local, legal and SOX requirements
Contribute to monthly reports (KPI, audit) and suggest process improvements
Participate in projects and transitions as needed
Your profile
Secondary studies or bachelor’s degree in a Business, IT related
1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduates are also welcome
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, any additional languages are an advantage
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Relevant experience in finance, supply chain, IT or as a data analyst is an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
