The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Master data accountant who will have the responsibility for processing date as demanded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, updating and maintenance of departmental procedures, tools, and metrics for the master data Management.
- Align data management processes in the business' value chains and process areas.
- Lead and drive responsibilities to Master Data, establishing strong relationships with business contacts, and share issues and lead the master data changes with stakeholders.
- Provide awareness training and key user support on master data related data structures.
- Handle special projects as needed.
- Ensures master data integrity as well as maintaining the processes to ensure the data quality.
- Provide satisfactory documentation for all historical / phases of implementation (New configuration, support, user guides, work processes)
- Be main technical point of contact for Master Data Vendor, Customers, Material, pricing, etc... ;
- Create and oversee governing policies for the entire master data agenda.
- Lead the Automation journey if necessary to the Addition/ Deletion/ updates activities where possible.
- Assist delivery teams in migrating and cleansing data into new platforms as an integral part of new IT projects (data integrity, cleansing, normalization);
- Perform user acceptance testing for new projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- 1 to 2 years in same position, FMCGs preferred.
- Literacy understanding of the ERP system (Oracle/ SAP)
- Good command in English
