We are seeking a detail-oriented MarTech Product & Ops QA Associate to join our Central Product & Marketing Technology Operations team. This individual will be responsible for executing QA processes to ensure that products, campaigns, and customer messaging are built accurately and meet the highest standards of quality before launch. The role ensures that all communications are precise, compliant, and deliver a flawless experience for our customers.

This role combines campaign-level execution with end-to-end journey QA and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products or feature launches impacting product launches, migrations and feature releases impacting CRM communications. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

As a CRM QA Associate, you will serve as a key individual contributor, responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of marketing campaigns, product launches and CRM driven communications across FanDuel products. You will ensure accurate audience targeting, messaging logic, automation workflows, and data flow between systems – while also supporting governance-aligned QA processes, UAT efforts tied to new business initiatives.


What You’ll Do

● Work as an individual contributor to carry out testing activities and ensure thorough review of end-to-end CRM campaigns including email, push, in-app messaging, content cards for FanDuel products.

● Co-ordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation for new product launches, feature releases and enhancements impacting CRM communications.

● Conduct audit and validate customer journeys within the CRM platforms to ensure correct targeting, triggers, sequencing and automation rules and personalization logic.

● Validate data integrity and campaign setup during migration between systems, ensuring consistency of segmentation, suppression logic checks, and audience targeting.

● Co-ordinate test plans, execution schedules under governance standards.

● Support incident management processes and ensure timely resolution and clear documentation.

● Experience with CDP platforms (Segment or similar) & validate data flow between CRM, marketing automation platforms, and downstream reporting systems to ensure audience targeting accuracy and       campaign metrics.

● Partner with Product Ops, Marketing, Engineering, Data, Operations teams during launch cycles to identify defects and document findings and confirm resolution prior to go-live.

● Identify root cause of defects, or inconsistencies and collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely resolution.

● Contribute to continuous evolution & maintain up-to-date documentation of QA processes, frameworks, standards and process improvements.

● Stay current on industry best practices, emerging CRM technologies, and QA tools & methodologies.


THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within CRM, Marketing Operations, digital marketing, or a related technical/commercial environment.

● Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).

● Hands-on experience executing structured QA processes and testing methodologies.

● Experience with data validation skills, including segmentation logic, audience targeting and campaign reporting checks (SQL knowledge preferred).

● Experience supporting UAT cycles, validation for product or systems launches. Strong understanding of QA principles, including test planning, defect management, regression testing, and validation             workflows.

● High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Hands-on experience with workflow/project management tools such as Asana or Jira and Confluence.

● Hands-on experience testing digital content & marketing automation campaigns (email, push, content cards, A/B testing, personalization).

● Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, fintech, etc.).

● Exposure to compliance review processes and promotional governance.

● Experience mentoring junior QA staff or contributing to QA knowledge sharing.

● Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

The applicable hourly range for this position is $37.98-$47.60 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
