We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled MarTech Product lead to help drive and implement best in class marketing data platforms and tools that support our Commerce Media business with data, content, orchestration and Ad delivery capabilities. The individual in this role will inform, plan, and deliver on integrating Customer Data Platform (CDP), Live Ramp, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Ad Manager (GAM) and marketing data lake (MDL). The product lead will partner closely with Commerce media agile team across AdTech, Audience composition, Ad delivery and content management teams to scale onsite and offsite advertising. The job requires a deep understanding of data, orchestration and digital landscape and MarTech architecture. The product lead will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, risk, technology, product, and design teams to deliver solutions for the Commerce Media business.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Ownership: Oversee Google Ad Manager, ensuring it meets business requirements, user needs, and performance expectations. Integrate data and content platform with Commerce Ad platforms (GAM, LiveRamp) to enable onsite and offsite marketing
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for Commerce Media capabilities in alignment with organizational goals and evolving marketing strategies.
- Tech Development: Steer the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the platforms, including data ingestion, data processing and enablement of audience using Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- People Management: Oversee a direct and indirect team responsible for defining and driving the MarTech strategy and transformation in support of growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from marketing, IT, and product teams to understand and fulfill digital content and experience needs.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to prioritize, plan, and execute key platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and compliance standards.
- Optimization & Upgrades: Manage ongoing platform optimization, including regular upgrades, feature enhancements, and content performance tuning to achieve a high-performing digital experience.
- Vendor Management: Lead RFPs, evaluate/liaise with third-party vendors and support teams to ensure the efficient operation of the platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage tools to monitor/optimize for platform performance.
- User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training for content authors, designers, and developers to maintain consistent quality and usability standards across digital content.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce governance policies around usage and permissions to ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing MarTech capabilities across data, offer, content and orchestration domains.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing technology architecture, backend systems, data dependencies, and front-end interfaces that are required to implement and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Product Management Skills: Customer-centric and tech-savvy product leader that has driven technical and operational teams to solutions that focus on delivering outstanding experiences supported by agile and efficient operational processes.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; Act as a change management champion, educating the greater marketing organization on how to leverage new capabilities to drive their strategy.
- Platform Management Skills: Track, measure, monitor and manage the performance, availability and usage of martech platforms.
- Innovation: Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in the data domain and recommend solutions that enhance the data platform capabilities and value
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for evaluating digital performance, user behaviors, and platform metrics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

As a MarTech Platforms Lead Analyst you will lead strategic client engagements and drive revenue growth for the business. You will identify and execute against high-value opportunities and shape the go-to-market strategy for the business and platform. This role will serve as a senior, externally facing leader for the business, owning advertiser engagement, shaping go-to-market strategy, and establishing Citi as a credible and differentiated commerce media partner with brands, agencies, and strategic partners. As Citi scales this new area, the role will also bring deep commerce media expertise to inform decisions across strategy, monetization, platform capabilities, and measurement. The role will play a central part in driving early momentum while laying the foundation for long-term, scalable growth.
