What you’ll do:
As a Martech IT Manager you'll lead the evolution of Electrolux LATAM's marketing technology ecosystem, acting as the bridge between Marketing, Data, Digital Product and IT teams. You'll also be responsible for identifying digitalization opportunities, enabling scalable marketing operations, improving consumer activation capabilities, and maximizing the value of our platforms.
In detail, you will:
- Own the strategy, governance and continuous evolution of the marketing technology landscape, ensuring platforms, capabilities and investments support business objectives, consumer engagement and operational excellence across LATAM.
- Serve as Technology Business Partner for Marketing, being the main interface between Marketing and IT, translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Partner with Data, CRM and Digital teams to strengthen audience activation, customer segmentation, personalization and consumer engagement capabilities, ensuring marketing teams can effectively leverage customer data while respecting privacy and governance requirements.
- Manage Platforms, Integrations and Technical Delivery, overseeing the implementation, support and continuous improvement of marketing-related platforms and integrations, working closely with architecture, security, engineering and external partners to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
- Promote Governance, Compliance and Best Practices: ensure all marketing technology solutions comply with company standards for security, privacy, architecture and data governance, while promoting sustainable operating models and platform best practices across the organization.
- Identify and Deliver Digital Innovation Opportunities: continuously assess emerging technologies, automation opportunities and AI-driven capabilities that can improve productivity, marketing effectiveness and consumer experiences, transforming ideas into scalable business solutions.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Analytics or related field.
- Proven experience leading or supporting Marketing Technology (Martech), CRM, Customer Data, Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of data, APIs, integrations, governance, privacy and security principles.
- Solid experience as a people manager.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
