THE POSITION

Fanduel is looking for a Director, Martech Enablement to lead exploration and adoption of new technologies that drive customer retention efforts. You will play a key role on the Marketing Technology team, overseeing a portfolio of technology that delivers cutomer acquisition and retention experiences through behavioral segmentation strategy, innovative usage of content and orchestration tools to optimize assets for our customers. You will collaborate with multiple departments within the company including, but not limited to Marketing Startegy, Promotions, Brand, Commercial, Data Science, Product, and Customer Service to efficiently acquire new customers. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Drive change management, technology transformation and user adoption of marketing technology platforms that position FanDuel for industry leadership
  • Be a key stakeholder for Customer Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to ensure capabilities are introduced and leveraged by operating teams
  • Drive innovation through development of technology integrations, and advancement of marketing channel execution to support varying business unit needs
  • Support commercial, marketing leadership and other stakeholders through cohesive documentation and consultation of tech stack features and capabilities to drive new and innovative messaging opportunities

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5 years plus experience in marketing technology, transformation, and innovation leadership in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in developing sophisticated and personalized customer marketing campaigns via platforms such as Braze, Segment, Optimove, promotional/offer management platforms and data warehouses.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders across products
  • Demonstrated experience driving ideas and operations adoption through coaching, influence, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with OKR goal setting framework to drive team and company objectives
  • Experience with Project Management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, etc

The applicable salary range for this position is $166,000 - $207,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
