We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales & Client Engagement/IMPACT team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to (主な業務内容)：

• 会社のベストプラクティスに沿った説得力のある提案書・プレゼンテーション資料およびエグゼクティブサマリーの作成
• 提案依頼書（RFP）の内容を正確に理解し、提出要件を把握すること
• 提案書内の戦略的な機会を特定し、クライアントに対する価値を最大化すること
• クライアントマネージャーやコンサルティングチームと協力し、提案戦略の策定を促進すること
• デザインチームと連携し、最適なデザインコンセプトやストーリーボードの作成を推進すること
• 小規模・低複雑度案件の提案作成プロセスを全体管理し、大規模・複雑案件では主要な責任を担うこと

• 提案書作成およびコンテンツ開発の豊富な経験
• 提案依頼書の分析能力と重要要件の抽出スキル
• クライアントマネージャー、コンサルティングチーム、デザインチームとの優れた協働能力
• 提案作成プロセスを管理するプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
