【部署概要】

• 金融機関・不動産ファンド・ホテル業界等 のリスク（不動産の毀損リスク、さまざまな賠償リスクなど）に対して必要となる保険の提案・手配を行うチームです。主な顧客は、J-REIT、不動産ファンド、PEファンド、アセットマネジメント会社、金融機関等。
• 金融業界(特に不動産投資関連)に特化したチームのため、保険業界の知識を身に付けると共に、不動産投資業界の周辺知識も身に付けることができます。また、保険知識については、特に火災保険・賠償保険の契約が多く、深い専門的な知識を身に付けることができます。

We will count on you to【業務内容】

• 保険契約の満期案内(メール)
• 申込書類・請求書作成
• 発行された証券の内容確認、発送
• 既存契約のメンテナンス（変更手続き等）
• 保険契約に付随するお客様からのお問い合わせ対応
• 営業社員/保険会社との連携(メール/電話)
• 海外マーシュオフィスとの連携(メール中心)

What you need to have【必須条件】

• 営業/内勤営業/営業事務・サポート　いずれかの経験
• 損害保険業界および保険ブローカーでの経験
• 高いコミュニケーションスキル
• 高い事務処理能力

What makes you stand out【その他望ましい経験やスキル】

• 基本的な英語力　Reading/Writing(主にEmail)ができると尚可
