We are seeking a talented invidual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team as Claims Leader. This role is based in Tokyo or Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

- 取扱い種目は、GLTD、団体保険、傷害保険など。特にGLTD(団体長期障害所得補償保険)サービスは、休職管理、特別職(主にパイロットなどの職種)が就業不能になった場合など、通常のマニュアルにはない特殊ケースの対応を行うなど、お客様にとって付加価値の高い保険金請求手続きサービスの提供を行っています。
※今回のポジションは九州オフィス(北九州市小倉北区)での配属を目指しています。首都圏近郊の方については、ご入社後一定期間(例えば半年~)東京本社での勤務を経て、将来的に九州オフィスに転勤し、本社と九州オフィスのチームを管理いただく予定です。

- プレイングマネージャーとして、チームを管理しながら、クレームサービス(保険金請求手続き事務)の対応をしていただきます
- 管理者として業務マネジメント(データ管理、事務のプロセス設計など)や本社および九州オフィスのスタッフマネジメントにも従事いただきます
What you need to have / 必須条件:
- クレーム(事故受け、保険金請求受付)処理の経験 ※自動車保険などのクレーム業務経験者でも必要な要件を満たしていれば可。GLTDの対応経験があれば尚可
- スタッフのマネジメント経験のある方
- 規定集、約款を読み解き、適切な判断ができる経験・能力
- 業務プロセス設計・構築の経験
- クレーム対応のご経験
