As an Associate in Markets Post Trade Transformation Project Management, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of the Derivatives & FX (DFX) Post Trade business. You will be part of a team responsible for a $13M multi-year program, moving Global DFX Post Trade processing to new strategic platforms. Your role will include analysis, design, project management, and implementation of requirements within the Data & Reporting work stream across the DFX post-trade domain. This role offers significant opportunities to collaborate with various Technology, Business, Operations, and Transformation teams and their leadership. Although based in Mumbai, your responsibilities will be both regional and global, requiring cross-regional partnership across technology and the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on the end-to-end management of Transformation activities covering project management, governance / communication, business analysis, user acceptance testing, parallel / migration tasks, as well as ensuring the realization of priority Operational outcomes.
- Partnering with key business, operations and technology teams in order to promote business requirements, testing and overall delivery
- Partnering with Operational Product Owners and Technology leads to effectively prioritize deliverables to ensure the timely realization of key business outcomes
- Communicating progress to senior stakeholders and the timely escalation of issues
- Adhering to key control/regulatory/audit standards
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to gather, document and analyze requirements from stakeholders
- Ability to create test plans and associated test cases, and support users when conducting UAT
- Practical knowledge and experience of Agile methodology and frameworks
- Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
- Proficient using Microsoft 365
- Experience in Markets Operations, FX or Derivatives Operations experience
- Flexibility to work global hours
