Senior Marketplace Consultant

If you're into marketplaces and eCommerce and you're looking for a job that's not your typical agency gig, then this might be the perfect fit for you! Unlike an agency, we're a Digital Consultancy that focuses on marketplaces, especially Amazon. Our goal is to help our clients transform their businesses by giving them the tools, training, and strategies they need to succeed.

To keep growing and getting better, we're looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our team in based in Madrid and work with our team in The Netherlands. You should know your way around Amazon Seller and Amazon Advertising.

In this job, you'll work with all sorts of clients, from small businesses to big companies. Each client will have different needs and levels of experience with digital stuff. You'll be part of our international marketplace team and help our clients boost their sales, build their brands, and come up with strategic plans to succeed in marketplaces around the world.

What your tasks will look like: 

  • Help brands fully integrate, onboard, and market on Amazon & Bol.com (Dutch marketplace)
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the marketplace industry (Amazon, Bol.com)
  • Management and creation of Amazon Ads campaigns
  • KPI analysis, tracking, reporting, and communication with your client(s)
  • Search engine optimization; keyword research and listing optimization
  • Creating brand awareness with branded stores and other brand-related content
  • Conducting business analysis and proposals. 

What are we looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon advertising 
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon in seller and vendor model
  • Are an analytical commercial thinker and have an ambitious mindset
  • Strong knowledge of Marketplaces specially Amazon
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising
  • You are native or have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (it’s a must) 
  • Experience in account management and/or commercial positions 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer service orientation and results-driven focus
  • Good oral and written communication skills and experience with client communication is an advantage
  • Knowledge of specialized tools will be a plus: (Helium10, Pacvue...)
  • Able to tell brands how we work and what we can offer to improve their relationship with Amazon. For this, you must have excellent organizational skills in your work, know how to adapt the entire content plan set by the company and generate quality content for our target.
