Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of online B2C marketplaces and offline store; ensuring product listings, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and competitive.
  • Manage a small team of marketplace sales staff, ensuring they meet performance and sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and disputes, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
  • Manage livestream events and other marketplace initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
  • Analyze weekly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, product, finance, supply chain) to optimize processes and support business needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of experience managing online marketplaces (B2C), including product listings, sales, and customer service.
  • Proven experience leading a small team and driving them to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with livestream management and other marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, etc) engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, marketing, product, finance).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and willingness to be based in Kebon Jeruk or Rawa Buaya.
