- Primary owner of maintaining and managing the Axonify Content Marketplace website using Squarespace
- Primary owner of Marketplace content order fulfillment, ensuring timely provisioning and setup for customers
- Manage the Content Studio setup, configuration, and maintenance processes, including internal reporting on studio activity
- Monitor customer and co-workers' feedback channels and respond to questions or comments regarding Axonify content
- Own the execution of the Marketplace content gap analysis and assist in creating content performance reports aligned to organizationally defined target audiences
- Perform regular, data-driven audits of high-performing Marketplace topics and executes necessary updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
- Collaborate with third-party content providers and internal teams to support revenue initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, consistent Marketplace and Axonify content messaging and materials for internal and external use
- Own the maintenance and accuracy of internal operational documentation, process guides, content asset trackers, and spreadsheets, etc.
- Research and collect source material necessary for content creation, content updates and maintenance projects
- Deliver strategic content development projects by transforming source material into effective content according to the Axonify methodology
- Perform detailed reviews of co-workers’ content, including training plans, storyboards, videos, audio files, and job aids, to ensure work reflects Axonify’s methodology, style guide, translation requirements, and accessibility best practices
- Develop video modules using Vyond
- Design and create clear, engaging job aids using tools like Canva, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Develop and test interactive and effective SCORM modules using Articulate 360
- Maintain licensing library and tracking logs for all graphics, images, and audio assets
- Ensure all media modules support Axonify’s commitment to equity, diversity & inclusion, and meet accessibility standards
- A university degree focused on Writing, English, or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of instructional design experience (within a B2B organization is preferred)
- Superior writing, editing, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience designing and developing interactive learning modules and videos using authoring tools such as Vyond, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere, Rush, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience conducting independent research and data analysis to bridge knowledge gaps
- An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve weekly and quarterly objectives
- Great sense of humor and storytelling skills

Skills Required
