Join our Marketplace team and help shape the online shopping experience on bestbuy.ca by ensuring accurate data, seamless promotions, and an expanded product assortment for our customers.
As a marketplace operations analyst, you will support the operational and analytical foundation of our marketplace business, partnering closely with account managers and category managers to drive reporting accuracy, promotional execution, and process efficiency.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as an analyst:
Create, maintain, and update a variety of reports to support the business team.
Streamline and improve processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
Support commercial initiatives such as collecting and organizing sellers’ offers information, submitting and managing weekly offers, coordinating communication to sellers.
Analyze performance data and emerging market trends to deliver clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Input, maintain, and manage data accurately across internal systems.
Handle last-minute or ad-hoc requests
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of experience in an analytical or data management role
Experience in retail, e-commerce sales, or a related commercial environment
Advanced experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail to meet deadlines, manage multiple requests, and ensure data accuracy and validation
Experience working with a large cross-functional team, including senior leaders.
