Marketplace Consultant - The Netherlands

Develop yourself in the field of online advertising within the fast-growing world of marketplaces!

As an Amazon Marketplace Consultant you will be part of the team of (both young and experienced) Advertising and Marketplace Specialists at Incubeta. In this role you work in highly collaborative mode with the client on marketplaces such as Amazon and bol.com. At these international marketplaces you are responsible for the growth and expansion of your customers on online marketplaces in Europe and North America. 

In your role as a Marketplace Consultant your primary job responsibilities will be:

• You have the ability to to counsel and guide clients in developing and executing marketplace initiatives;
• Continuously analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), while maintaining effective communication with your client(s);
• Leveraging data and insights, you are able to formulate highly efficient strategies to ensure our clients continually progress towards their goals and achieve sustained growth;
• Throughout the implementation process, you take responsibility for the marketplace, make sure the planning is met, proactive management of risks and issues and maintaining high client satisfaction
• Building brand recognition through the creation of brand stores and other brand-related content.

You hold a pivotal position in guiding our customers towards the successful execution and growth of marketplace initiatives. Your role involves offering advice on tailored strategies to meet and surpass customer needs and goals. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a consultant and contributing to overall growth of our accounts.

Who we are looking for
For our fast-growing team, we are looking for a new Marketplace Consultant specialist. We are looking for someone with an unprecedented passion for marketplaces and e-commerce, but also someone who feels at home in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. We also value the following aspects:

• You have at least completed an HBO education, a completed WO education is an advantage;
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within agency settings, Amazon knowledge considered advantageous but not mandatory
• Are eager to learn about the fast developing world of marketplaces
• Experience with client communication is an must
• Managing your own client portfolio, conduct client meetings, effectively communicate insights, and discuss strategies with clients is not a problem for you
• Finally, we have clients from many different countries, which means that being fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a requirement. Fluent in French, Polish and German is a plus.
