Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to appropriately understand business needs and solution requirements for lead management and B2B digital marketing efforts
- Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutioning is on par with client's marketing and sales objectives
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas and system integrations to deliver against business needs
- Lead platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across all channels supported in B2B Marketing Automation platforms (email, SMS, push notification, social, web, events, etc)
- Oversee development, testing and deployment of platform work completed by developers
- Provide support to development teams working on platform integrations
- Create Architecture and Technical specifications documents
- Serve as day-to-day technical platform SME to internal and client teams
- Work closely with project management team to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous platform-related projects and change controls
- Provide support to senior team members throughout project estimation and Marketing Automation discovery / roadmapping engagements, as needed
- Provide support to internal Campaign Operations team for ongoing platform and schema optimizations, as needed
- Direct technical implementation of features, as needed, as a minor percentage of overall responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience required
- 5 to 10 years experience in a Software Development role working with data-driven applications
- Minimum of 2 years working with Marketo and CRM systems as a Platform Architect, with demonstrated experience leading 3+ platform implementation projects
- Experience serving as a Marketo Subject Matter Expert, with knowledge of various platform modules and capabilities
- Familiarity with commonly-requested Marketo integrations and associated B2B technologies (CRM, Webinar, Sales Enablement systems)
- Marketo and CRM certifications preferred
- Experienced data modeler in relational database systems
- Experience writing SQL queries for Select/Insert/Update/Delete, including knowledge of multi-table joins and outer joins
- Proficiency with Apache Velocity, Munchkin, REST/SOAP API
- Experience or familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS and responsive email coding a plus
- Agency experience preferred, with 2+ years experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of B2B campaign management, lead / account management, audience segmentation methods, industry best practices, communication legal compliance, and downstream marketing automation analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with all levels of an organization and capable of communicating as effectively with technical staff as with business and management
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing automation platforms and marketing cloud solutions a plus (Pardot, Eloqua, ClickDimensions, Act-On, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
