What’s in it for you?
- Create, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email blasts, lead nurturing, and events. (Refer to and update process docs as per requirement)
- Execute A/B tests to optimize email and landing page performance.
- Assist in reporting and analysis of campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Create and maintain targeted customer segments for marketing communications.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Build marketing automation workflows as per requirements
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to the marketingautomation platform.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Marketo.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of scoring and Attribution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications or Business Technology; advanced degree
- Email Marketing-related certifications
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, and Demandbase
- Prior experience working in a SaaS organization
- Coding experience with any language preferably JavaScript
