If you are looking for an exceptional opportunity to drive impact in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment, this role is for you! The Marketo Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for executing a diverse mix of strategic marketing programs aligned with company growth & objectives.

The Marketo Marketing Senior Associate will work alongside Customer Marketing, Customer Enablement, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing teams to execute, report on, and help optimize our email marketing strategy.

What’s in it for you?

  • Create, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email blasts, lead nurturing, and events. (Refer to and update process docs as per requirement)
  • Execute A/B tests to optimize email and landing page performance.
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Create and maintain targeted customer segments for marketing communications.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Build marketing automation workflows as per requirements
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to the marketingautomation platform.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Marketo.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of scoring and Attribution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications or Business Technology; advanced degree
  • Email Marketing-related certifications 
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, and Demandbase 
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS organization 
  • Coding experience with any language preferably JavaScript
