About the Role:
As a Trade Show & Event Planning Specialist, you will support the coordination and execution of marketing events by handling basic logistical tasks and assisting the team in ensuring smooth operations. Your role will contribute to delivering successful trade shows and events that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement with our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing event materials and supplies.
• Support the on-site registration process.
• Help coordinate event setup and teardown.
• Provide logistical support for event activities.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory of event supplies and promotional items.
• Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback from attendees.
• Maintain event-related documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of event budgets and forecasts.
Skills:
• Organization: Ability to maintain order and manage event materials efficiently.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members and vendors.
• Customer Service: Basic understanding of how to interact and assist event attendees.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic event management software and tools.
