This role involves partnering with clients to understand their objectives, translating them into actionable plans, and delivering measurable results using Click's tools and other marketing technologies. As an expert in digital marketing processes and technology, you will drive successful campaign execution, provide strategic insights, and facilitate training to empower customers. Marketing Execution Specialist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Click are looking for a Marketing Consultant who is ready to join our smart, fun and growing Professional Services Team. As a Marketing Consultant you will lead the analysis, design and execution of marketing technology strategies with our customers. We are looking for someone who is an expert problem-solver and creative thinker, with in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing process and the application of technology, to support those processes.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and marketing processes, ensuring alignment with their goals and strategies.
  • Translate customer goals into actionable marketing strategies and projects that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Design, execute, test, and optimize marketing campaigns using Click marketing automation tools, and other microsoft applications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and present strategic recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
  • Lead project planning and execution, including scoping, delegating tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional client and internal teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding experiences tailored to various organizational levels, empowering customers to maximize their marketing technology investments.
  • Stay current with Click, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and other relevant marketing technologies, advising clients on best practices and identifying opportunities to leverage new features.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical implementation, security standards, email deliverability, and third-party integrations.
  • Proactively adapt to evolving customer needs, organizational priorities, and platform updates to ensure continued success.

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICK.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, ideally with a focus on Digital Marketing
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful solutions.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence change, mentor others, and lead by example.
  • Decisive and resourceful, with the ability to make customer-centric and business-aligned decisions under pressure.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to the dynamic nature of marketing technology and customer needs.
  • Salary Range: 45k – 55k
  • Location: Hybrid/Atlanta
