Job Description Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the Partner to achieve goal alignment and develop marketing strategy and campaign execution for our face to face channels
  • Drive strategies to deliver on new account volume targets
  • Collaborate with the Partner on complex projects to ensure business requirements are met and implemented flawlessly
  • Work with internal as well as external resources, to create and oversee enhancements that drive growth and profitability
  • Identifying and aligning on the known dependencies across functional groups in support of new product development
  • Solve for issues, corrections and remediations that arise with cross functional partner and execution of those issues
  • Influence and drive results through Partner and Vendor relationships
  • Manage day to day operations to ensure new customers are able to instantly apply, and use new credit; including new project testing support and production support
  • Ensure Partner is adhering to all sales practice requirements related to new account acquisition through complaint reviews and mystery shops


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
  • Prior experience working on new customer related marketing projects
  • Self-starter with 7+ years of marketing and customer experience
