WellSky is seeking a dynamic, creative, and analytical marketer to help elevate the market presence and position of our leading software and services solutions for home-based healthcare. As a Senior Marketing Specialist for the WellSky Home portfolio, you will join a fast-paced, collaborative team and report to the Director of Marketing to support brand awareness and demand generation for our home health, hospice, palliative care, and personal care solutions. Your knowledge of paid media and advertising fundamentals will make you a powerful addition to a well-rounded team, and you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our go-to-market strategy and execution. 

You are someone who thrives on building trust and connection with clients and prospects through both digital and traditional marketing channels. You understand the importance of meeting your intended audience where they are, and you are savvy in adjusting tactics for various market segments – from the smallest to the largest organizations. You have the experience and analytical skills to monitor, assess, and refine campaigns over time. 

A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and manage paid media programs, including advertising, sponsorship opportunities, and relationship building with industry associations, organizations, and WellSky clients. 
  • Collaborate with teammates to re-purpose traditional content marketing pieces into a variety of media, such as infographics, videos, and podcasts. 
  • Work with the Creative team to develop concepts to be leveraged across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, webinars, trade shows, solution collateral, sales enablement materials, and third-party advertising 
  • Create enablement materials to strengthen internal command over the WellSky story and voice across all teams within the WellSky Home organization, including marketing, sales, solutions, client success, and support 
  • Assess competitor market presence and messaging and provide recommendations for improving competitive position 
  • Build and monitor campaign tracking programs in Marketo and Salesforce, report on campaign performance, and provide recommendations for refinement 
  • Manage relationships and strategy with lead generation and ratings capture vendors 
  • Serve as a liaison to our website development partner, and provide the necessary content adjustments to improve SEO and website experience 
  • Inform copy writing for content and solution messaging, based on relevant campaigns in flight 
  • Create content for organic and paid posts for WellSky social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. 

Do you have what it takes?

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or relevant subject 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience 
  • B2B technology experience 
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment; track record of managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines 
  • Flexible and comfortable with quickly pivoting focus as needed 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Paid media/advertising via third party vendors and/or partners 
  • Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform 
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM 
  • Social media management (organic and paid) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
