As a Sr. Marketing Manager, Loyalty, you'll create and champion impactful marketing plans that drive guest engagement and business outcomes in order to achieve program and enterprise goals. This work will center on delivering personalized, relevant messages to the right guest, at the right time, in the right place with a seamlessly integrated experience. Your keen understanding of our guests, informed by quantitative and qualitative data, will aspire to create the most personalized and delightful way for members to experience Target. Additionally, you will provide connection across key internal partners, including Guest Insights, Digital, Media, Brand and Category Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and Target Creative. On any given day, you will simultaneously be ideating, planning, and executing several strategies of varying scale; drafting briefs, driving timelines, budget and keeping working teams connected. Your role requires you to lean on your strong relationship skills to bring multiple cross-functional teams together to champion your vision.
About you:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of related work experience, preferably within loyalty, lifecycle, or other CRM-based marketing
  • Proven track record of driving successful strategic marketing strategy and execution instrumental to enterprise success
  • Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems, while keeping them informed, engaged and involved along the way
  • Ability to write a compelling strategy brief and assess work against a defined strategy
  • Curiosity and drive to deeply understand guest needs, guest behavior and the business, and the ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize that data into a compelling story
  • Self-starter who enjoys problem solving
  • Curious and enjoys the process of learning


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents $85,400-$153,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
