This role requires an extremely strategic, flexible, results driven individual able to work with business leads to define sales strategies and set clear performance goals. Critical to success will be this role's ability to intersect with the sales organization, including sales operations, to provide a feedback loop into the product marketing organization so we can continually tune efforts for optimizing sales success. This individual is also responsible for collaborating with functional, regional and product marketing leads to address opportunities to improve sales support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
  • 10+ years of experience in the field



Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Established track-record of success in sales enablement functions
  • Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment, building alignment and consensus across business development, sales, marketing, product and operations teams
  • Strong project management skills with ability to collaborate across functional teams to lead and execute initiatives on time and within budget
  • Data-driven individual with love of numbers and strong ability in data analysis and reporting results
  • Self-starter, must be resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ideal candidate would have strong experience working with enterprise grade CRM and sales enablement solutions
