Join Micron as a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on the Business Applications leadership team; world leader in innovative memory solutions. Core Responsibilities:

Define strategy, roadmaps for solution evolution, and the standards across Digital Marketing programs and AEM platforms. Align with global Solution Managers to ensure a cohesive design and solution.
Develop close partnerships and collaboration with business partners as well as external IT teams. Direct/Indirect management and career development of Digital Marketing IT solution team members including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers.
Develop a cohesive team globally while working in a 'One Team' culture to deliver multidisciplinary solutions. Solution team execution/deployment accountability and issue resolution.
You will be accountable for delivery of solutions to schedule for enterprise level programs, providing roadmap, senior management communications, and driving issue resolution to closure AEM Solution architecture teamwork/alignment across internal and external teams.
Build a 'trusted partner' relationship with the Digital Marketing team members. Lead the back-end development and system integrations. Lead platform vendor relationships and budgets. Standards compliance to IT and area guidelines.
Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years proven ability leading an IT team in large, enterprise-wide implementations
• Extensive Adobe AEM experience building/integrating websites with enterprise Web Content Management Systems
• Ability to drive successful teams to deliver an aggressive portfolio passionate about delivering business value
• Experience in proactively building strong/collaborative business partnerships
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of orchestration skills across sophisticated relationships
• Solution architecture experience on an enterprise solution
• Demonstrable ability to implement and deliver in an Agile framework
• Experience with people leadership and career development
• Validated problem-solving skills including diagnostic and research
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas
• Experience in Marketing domain and Cloud technologies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
