General Responsibilities

  • Develop complex marketing strategy and manage the ongoing implementation of fact based, goal focused, measurable marketing programs which are consistent with JLL's strategic vision
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, verticals/industries, local teams and others to develop a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy which optimizes return on marketing investment
  • Act as a strategic advisor on the transformation of property marketing across the US and Canada, be able to convey a compelling vision and drive buy-in locally
  • Partner closely with local market and industry marketing leadership to accelerate marketing performance
  • Deliver go-to-market strategies for how product and service offerings will be delivered to the market through key industry verticals or other audience-based channels
  • Bring a solid foundation in segmentation, personas, positioning, and messaging as the foundation of the marketing strategy
  • Work closet with the leads in demand generation, campaigns, digital marketing, communications, events and public relations to optimize results
  • Collaborate with business line executives, marketing/research/operation/finance teams and other stakeholders to set goals and marketing objectives
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership and motivation ensuring that all parties work together to achieve the bottom-line measured results
  • Provide guidance for and resolve complex problems or challenges
  • Oversee annual marketing planning and hold teams accountable for delivering
  • Develop and manage sophisticated short- and long-term marketing objectives to capitalize on identified opportunities
  • Ensure that marketing initiatives are tracked and measured to monitor effectiveness
  • Identify and capitalize on process improvements and other areas to increase operational efficiency
  • Build frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting
  • Partner with Marketing leadership on investment asks, planning and headcount needs
  • Serve as the business line marketing subject matter expert and resource for others
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business line leadership


Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years B2B integrated marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or related field
  • Experience leading and managing distributed teams
  • Strong people leader with ability to nurture talent, provide feedback and coaching, manage performance, and deliver result
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cross-functional collaborative approach, and open and honest communication
  • Experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
  • An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
  • Bias towards action

Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team
