Digital Marketing, Sr. Associate - Business Banking Execution Lead
The Business Banking Engagement marketing team is responsible for developing engagement strategies throughout the customer lifecycle from new customer onboarding to engaging with more tenured clients. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented Digital Marketing Sr. Associate focused on building out programs that support our strategic objectives. The role will support the development of client-focused initiatives and programs designed to increase awareness, client satisfaction and loyalty across Business Banking, all while delighting our clients throughout their journey.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with key strategy and internal and external execution partners to deliver campaigns and other programs with excellence:

  • Partnering with strategy to manage internal and external agency briefing and facilitate creative development
  • Bring campaigns to life by partnering with our execution partners and cross-teams
  • Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
  • Provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with marketing managers to identify opportunities to improve campaign strategy
  • Manage and report campaign outcomes, including building framework to measure results over time
  • Ensuring strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed
  • Managing multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as:
      • Product and Marketing Strategy team
      • Digital product teams
      • Agencies for program implementation
      • List team to influence and coordinate audience targeting
      • Analytics team to report campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations
      • Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
      • Corporate Brand team for adherence to brand guidelines


  • Helping manage senior level relationships with our creative agencies
  • Ensuring strong control environment

Qualifications
Experience should include:

  • 4-year degree in Business Mgmt, Marketing or relevant degree
  • 4+ years of marketing experience with expertise with a focus on marketing execution
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge in the creative development of email, ads, landing pages, video development
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills - especially for C-suite audiences
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
