Title: Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join out growing winning Social Media team here at Byrider. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll help develop and implement a corporate social media strategy, monitor online activity across departments and geographical locations, create and post content, as well as the following:

What You Will Do:

• Encourage great social media participation
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy
• Managing multiple Byrider dealership social media accounts
• Creating and posting content
• Responding to comments on multiple social media accounts in a timely manner
• Communicating with multiple dealerships on creating new content
• Responding to reviews
• Create engaging dealership specific content

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
• Photoshop and or video editing experience is a plus!
• Ability to utilize social media for impressions and brand awareness
• Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc
• Strong understanding of social media KPI's, web traffic metric and SEO
• Degree is preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of social media experience
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, preferred
• 1 year of experience running social media accounts for a brand or company preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be able to critically think
• Must be very detail oriented
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to manage time well, with competing deadlines
• Must have a strong sense of problem solving skills
