Title: Social Media Specialist
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join out growing winning Social Media team here at Byrider. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll help develop and implement a corporate social media strategy, monitor online activity across departments and geographical locations, create and post content, as well as the following:
What You Will Do:
- Encourage great social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy
- Managing multiple Byrider dealership social media accounts
- Creating and posting content
- Responding to comments on multiple social media accounts in a timely manner
- Communicating with multiple dealerships on creating new content
- Responding to reviews
- Create engaging dealership specific content
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
- Photoshop and or video editing experience is a plus!
- Ability to utilize social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc
- Strong understanding of social media KPI's, web traffic metric and SEO
- Degree is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of social media experience
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, preferred
- 1 year of experience running social media accounts for a brand or company preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to critically think
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to manage time well, with competing deadlines
- Must have a strong sense of problem solving skills
