The Campaign Coordinator is primarily responsible for execution, coordination and light analysis of our marketing programs to merchants. The role will work closely with the Global Demand Generation Lead, internal and external stakeholders in Marketing and Sales, Analysts, and Consultants in the coordination of demand generation programs. Project managing is crucial to this role as well as attention to detail in executing multiple campaigns and tracking to deadlines. Afterpay’s integrated campaigns leverage content, email, web, webinars, and more to hit quarterly engagement goals.

Planning and execution of integrated campaigns and demand generation programs to drive new customer engagement. Consolidate input from internal and external stakeholders, while keeping projects moving forward.
Build workback schedules, briefs and plans to ensure the successful completion of events, email campaigns, webinars and more.
Identify and high-light challenges with potential to impact timelines.
Oversee all invoices, POs and contracts. Ensuring internal processes are adhered to while onboarding and executing work with vendors.
Coordinate across functions such as compliance, legal, creative, operations and more to ensure tasks keep momentum.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of project management or marketing campaign experience
Get-it-done demeanor, positive energy, team orientation, resourcefulness, and grit.
Flexibility to shift gears and pivot quickly when needed.
Experience effectively leveraging tools such a Salesforce, Marketo or other marketing analytics tools.
