Sr. Product Marketing Manager

(100% Fully Remote Role)

Come join the Streem Marketing Team! We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping customers achieve business outcomes by leading transformative innovation. It's our team's job to evangelize Streem's amazing tools and systems for clear communication and problem-solving. We explore the opportunities in video, AR and AI to make the physical and virtual worlds understand each other and to unlock a yet unknown range of capabilities and solutions.

As the GTM Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be developing and executing marketing strategy, programs, and campaigns to grow revenue and market share for Streem's products. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the product set as well as lead launch plans, assist demand and audience strategy, field and partner go-to-market, and work closely with sales, customer success, and product engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of Service and customer experience leadership, and manage the end-to-end creation of customer enablement and GTM content

Lead development and orchestration of a go-to-market launch plans incorporating key product releases, marketing moments and field/partnerships.

Research, build, maintain, and evangelize both internal and external-facing core competitive intelligence materials and market trends including presentations, battlecard documents, whitepapers etc. You will come up with concepts for both customer-facing assets and internal resources, develop compelling narratives and resonant messaging in partnership with sales and other teams, and execute to deliver impactful content.

Be the product advocate - evangelize Streem product at marketing events, webcasts, campaigns, and sales engagements.

Create and manage industry-leading, customer content that showcases Streem's value across primary use cases.

This includes supporting the customer success team, marketing asset including pitch decks and keynote presentations, from end to end.

Identify top customer and competitive insights and use customer feedback to inform new messaging

Partner with the product engineering team to be the customer voice with product feedback to remove sales blockers and drive customer value.

Be a strong advocate and maintain product knowledge to deliver the value proposition in messaging and marketing assets

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in product marketing or solution marketing for a B2B software or SaaS company

Understanding of audience and needs for our prospects and customers including service buyers and customer experience leaders

Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales-ready materials, GTM product launches,, and a history of creating successful marketing programs

Master storyteller presenting at conferences/seminars and customer engagements with consistent track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with many teams with shifting priorities

Passion for software-as-a-service, technology, and customer success

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. MBA a plus.
