Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Gainsight Essentials, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our products and market. You’ll support a wide range of strategic go-to-market initiatives, crafting product positioning, market messaging and collateral that effectively communicates Gainsight’s vision, market leadership, value proposition, and differentiation. Your work will be directly tied to executive-level projects and priorities and have an immediate impact on Gainsight’s growth trajectory. This is a highly cross-functional role in which you’ll get to work closely with stakeholders across the product, marketing, sales, services and support teams globally.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute key go-to-market initiatives for Gainsight Essentials
  • Craft clear, concise positioning that communicates the value of our Essentials offering to the market
  • Create and manage a library of content to help our customers better leverage our platform, including training videos, presentations, Webpages, etc.
  • Partner closely with our Solutions Consulting team to develop and deliver effective demo scripts, videos, and other demo-related resources
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and initiatives for Gainsight’s “Vault” in-product template library 
  • Enable the sales organization to effectively understand and sell Gainsight Essentials
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to increase market presence and build pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with Product Management to help shape product roadmap and vision

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5+ years of working experience in product marketing, including proven success in driving messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Experience marketing world-class Software-as-a-Service products
  • A proven ability to create concise and compelling content, including sales presentations, datasheets, product videos, etc.
  • A strong presenter and communicator with experience interacting with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail; stellar project management and multitasking skills
  • Strategic thinker and ability to assess the holistic impact of potential initiatives to the business
  • Self-starter that can enjoy a fast-paced, high-impact, entrepreneurial environment
