We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! You will be a key player in building relationships and growing Bounteous brand recognition with our technology partners, prospects, and clients.


The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist works closely with Bounteous business development team and practice leaders to develop and grow relationships, ultimately driving marketing qualified leads.


Our partner marketing vision is to enable greater visibility and create more opportunities to reach key stakeholders at pivotal turning points in the decision-making process. Through our partnerships and joint offerings, we distinguish Bounteous from other channel partners by providing unique POVs and paving the way in providing best-in-class digital experience solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing new processes within the marketing department
  • Lead regular touchpoints with key partner stakeholders to discuss new prospects, existing accounts, marketing plans, and align on key next-steps
  • Help identify, create, and establish industry-leading partner joint offerings that clearly convey our shared service offerings and help differentiate Bounteous as a thought-leader and top-tier partner
  • Develop partner marketing strategies and specific themes for quarterly campaigns: author original content; create case studies, sales materials, and other marketing collateral
  • Plan high-quality marketing events with partners such as conferences, webinars, and in-market events that drive leads: manage, coordinate, promote, and execute large sponsorships; develop campaigns and content to drive event attendance; strategize with partner around meetings and prospecting at these events; perform post-event outreach and follow-ups
  • Develop speaker proposals and talk tracks for our thought leaders at industry conferences
  • Secure regular partner social media promotion
  • Identify industry trends and perform competitive analysis audits in order to share insights with members of the larger team
  • Create content calendars, email results trackers, and collaborate with product SMEs on development of blogs and white papers
  • Attend industry events such as meet-ups, association events, conferences, and trade shows to leverage market and product trends in campaigns
  • Generate marketing qualified leads and identify new business prospects through regular email marketing campaign deployments
  • Help establish quarterly business reviews with partners to review progress against goals, align on KPIs, and prioritize upcoming initiatives
  • Become a subject matter expert and be able to synthesize key offerings and benefits of partner products and solutions for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a consultancy or digital agency environment
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems
  • Experience with Acquia solutions or digital experience platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing and web analytics a plus
  • Marketing, business, or communications degree preferred

My favorite events include a Summer in Winter themed party we held at the Studio, Peak, Peach and remotely all simultaneously. Those attending remotely, zoomed in with festive attire we sent in packages that included drinks/food/favors we had them on the big screen TV so they can view everyone and participate in games.
