Job Overview
AvidXchange is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team to develop and build scalable integrated marketing campaigns to fuel demand generation and sales activities to help reach our aggressive pipeline growth goals. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and will work closely with the campaign management, sales and operations teams to support their marketing and sales initiatives and campaigns leveraging our best-in-class marketing technology stack.

This role is highly technical and strategic in nature, and the ideal candidate must be project, detail and data-oriented with a highly inquisitive mind.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage AvidXchange's marketing automation tool (Marketo) to develop, manage, and execute various B2B integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new business through various marketing tactics: email, webinars, in-person events, direct mail, paid advertising, etc.
  • Develop scalable operations strategies using Salesforce and Marketo to grow the demand gen strategy
  • Track campaign progress with Marketing Campaign Managers
  • Assist with campaign operations execution including but not limited to campaign creation, lead record management, target list creation and segmentation, and digital asset creation
  • Assist with campaign and tactic performance tracking and performance measurement
  • Help identify opportunities to automate current manual processes across the broader organization
  • Assist with the evaluation of new technologies to continue to build AvidXchange's marketing technology stack in a way that scales for future growth
  • Drive and support technology adoption and change management across the growth organization
  • Lead the development of tools, processes, and frameworks to further marketing best practices and deliver operational efficiencies in campaign and lead management



Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing automation experience
  • Experience with marketing and sales technologies, including CRM (Salesforce.com list imports and reporting/dashboards preferred), marketing automation (Marketo), and other web-based technologies
  • Experience with technologies such as LeanData, SalesLoft and Demandbase or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proven analytical and strategic experience and are able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges
  • Extremely detail-orientated, adaptable-to-change with excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to comfortably communicate cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently and proactively



Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required
  • Proficient in marketing metrics, KPI's, database segmentation, and deriving insights from data
  • Marketo Certified Expert is a plus
  • Proficiency with On24 or similar webinar platform preferred
  • Experience successfully working in a collaborative, team environment
  • Experience with B2B digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Well-versed in today's current marketing technology stack
