YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager on MURAL’s Marketing Operations team, you will play a leading role in the successful execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing programs, automation and lead management in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will also drive strategic operations projects that support MURAL’s overall marketing strategy within a martech stack that includes Marketo and Salesforce.
As an in-house authority on operationalizing MURAL programs and campaigns, you will partner with our marketing teams to identify new ways of segmenting and messaging to our prospects and members, architect experiences and programs that support our entire user journey, influence data and technology requirements for tools, and be responsible for the end-to-end process of taking marketing initiatives and experiments from idea to reality. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Run the successful design, build, quality assurance and maintenance of a variety of marketing programs and campaign flows
- Be an internal authority on operationalizing marketing programs, working across all Marketing teams to support, educate and implement where needed
- Partner internally to influence and guide the overall design and usage of our marketing technology, campaign requirements and standard operating procedures
- Support the management of day-to-day processes between Salesforce, Marketo and other critical systems
- As a senior member of the team, partner and collaborate successfully with business team members to understand goals, objectives and requirements and drive solutions
- Proactively find opportunities to optimize our process for better visibility or scale, campaigns for better performance or experience, or the usage of our tools and technology
YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations role
- 3+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record of strong execution across multiple groups in a fast-paced, test, learn, scale environment
- Proven experience working within a Marketo-Salesforce.com environment, including designing, building and maintaining lifecycle nurture programs
- History of successfully partnering with marketers to reach their goals
- Solid grasp of b2b marketing concepts and strategies, like ABM, PLG and Lifecycle Stages
- Understanding of global email compliance policies and channel health standard processes
- An affinity for process -- and where there isn’t one, you’re comfortable crafting one
- Highly motivated self starter who is detail oriented
- Experience working remotely with a global team
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ideally you have...
- Experience with channel-specific marketing tools like Drift, Hopin, Sendoso, etc.
- Familiarity with PLG tools like Segment, Heap, Pendo, or Intercom and deploying in-app experiences -- chat, pop-ups, banners, guides, etc.
- Familiarity with orchestration and data enrichment tools such as Demandbase, Zoominfo, etc.
- Experience configuring and maintaining internal processing like Lifecycle Stages, Scoring and Qualification workflows
In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role ranges from $104,700 to $141,600 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.
In New York City, the salary for this role ranges from $130,800 to $177,000 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.
