ABOUT THE ROLE


Side seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise to join the team, shaping all of our enterprise real estate accounts marketing and branding strategies from concept to execution. This role provides vital strategic guidance, project management, support, and empowers Partners to achieve their marketing goals. You will deliver value that makes clients' marketing efforts more efficient, less time-consuming, and more impactful while collaborating with various partners to create offerings and strategies that positively affect the Partner experience. You will be responsible for owning the enterprise function while working closely with the Side agent marketing, creative, and business management team to develop, oversee and implement a brand strategy and agent marketing strategy. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver world-class marketing strategy and client service while consulting with our customers to identify their marketing needs, build strategic marketing plans to guide them to success, and help ensure execution to deliver on those needs efficiently.
  • Understand where the partner should leverage the Side offering versus working with a best-in-class third party service provider you help source
  • Lead strategy and execution for all enterprise agent marketing
  • Build strategic marketing plans in tandem with the Side platform that will allow our customers to improve the efficiency of their budgets against tactics that will work toward achieving their marketing goals and grow their business; this includes branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, paid media, etc.
  • Analyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy
  • Oversee creative needs, both internal and external, including print and digital design, advertising campaigns, video content, and social media
  • Analyze local marketing needs and remain up to date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of the larger marketing offering.
  • Identify and guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow the Partners to grow effectively

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE:

  • Collaborative, results-oriented experience and approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; change management experience a plus
  • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills; building and maintaining relationships with empathy while handling objections comes naturally.
  • Possess a deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership over your own accounts while working collaboratively in a team environment to drive best practices.
  • Independent, strategic problem solver with operational experience
  • 8+ years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred
