Responsible for content strategy development and coordinating, developing, and writing content that broadens and supports Ricoh's unique voice and its capabilities in the healthcare industry and some additional general markets, and for creating opportunities for authentic conversations with our audiences. Create and execute strategic content development plans that build awareness and understanding of Ricoh's portfolio and align those with market trends and buyer needs to educate and expand our target audiences.

This position requires a unique blend of marketing strategy and editorial skills to write compelling long-form content as well as engaging short-form content, infographics, emails, headlines, and calls to action. The Content Marketing Sr. Manager is expected to partner closely with Go-To-Market Managers, Product and Portfolio Managers, Designers, and social media and Communications teams to create the most impactful content experiences possible across multiple channels. We are seeking someone with a passion for writing great content and who can establish trust with an audience through a consistent voice.


  • Develop content strategy for top and middle of the funnel to support and advance buyer journeys with our target audiences
  • Write, proof and edit omni-channel long-form, short-form and promotional copy -- all with SEO planning embedded at the outset
  • Support strategic field activities by creating content that will support the organization when we attend and speaks at open-houses, seminars, tradeshows and Ricoh technology showcase events.
  • Initiate content/story ideas and create a content calendar
  • Edit content written by other Marketing groups or Agencies
  • Communicate complex technical data in a clear and compelling manner to our target audiences
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional groups of the Marketing team and business leaders to create engaging content clusters and journeys for our target audiences across channels
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards and brand tone/voice
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative concept meetings; collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and Portfolio teams to translate strategies outlined in creative briefs into engaging concepts and copy for various business units and clients; generate creative concepts that support marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Effectively manage the production workflow and meet deadlines
  • Supports manager with content needed for website.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key cross functional team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • BA/BS plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience writing content for omni-channel activation and marketing.
  • Experience writing content for healthcare technology companies in an enterprise B2B environment is required; additional technology, SaaS, and technical products content development is a plus.
  • Writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience preferred.
