Job Overview

Ready for a new challenge with a fast-growing company that inspires innovation and facilitates personal growth? We're looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager that will drive demand and revenue growth through the optimization of AvidXchange's digital marketing strategy. This position includes evaluating new digital channels for expanded exposure and new opportunities, auditing and optimizing current digital channels to drive effectiveness (conversion rates) and efficiency (reduce cost per acquisition) and outlining the necessary steps to meet aggressive growth targets. Responsibilities also include tactical oversight of the creative execution to support digital marketing campaigns as well as performance analytics monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will have worked within a variety of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Website Strategy. We are looking for a true digital marketing generalist, but you should have deep expertise in SEO , Content and Website strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other digital marketing team members to optimize and own AvidXchange's digital marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition, taking a lead role in bringing a holistic digital approach together in collaboration with Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing and Marketing Communication teammates.
  • Act as subject matter expert for digital marketing channels including strategic relevance, audience targeting, execution requirements, effective positioning, and competitive landscapes.
  • Work with internal, cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and drive channel optimization strategies to ensure full funnel optimization. This includes coordination and project management of the creative execution and production of digital marketing tactics such as email, content, web design elements, landing pages, etc.
  • Conduct competitive research for demand generation and campaign development purposes utilizing industry tools.
  • Identify new media channel opportunities to reach our target audience.
  • Forecast performance of digital campaigns based on expected impression share, budget, and competitive environment.
  • Monitor and report on digital campaigns while making recommendations to improve performance where warranted including, but not limited to, ROI reporting, CPL analysis, and channel efficacy.


Required Education, Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in aB2B brand or marketing services agency environment.
  • Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Strong background in integrated digital marketingleveraging channels such as content marketing, website and email marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field orequivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns ina B2B setting with a track record of innovation and marketing experimentation,with clear examples of ways you've successfully driven demand that weredifferent from the status quo.
  • Experience working in an agency is highlypreferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team,high-pressure environment.
  • You're an analytical thinker. You make decisionsbased on data and can provide examples of how you've used data in the past todrive predictable, repeatable & scalable growth from marketing campaigns,A/B testing design and analysis.
  • You think outside the box and have experiencebuilding productive cross-functional relationships and collaborating toidentify opportunities for growth.
