About The Opportunity

Sales Operations is responsible for making sure we execute on WeWork’s growth plans by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, member experiences, and touchpoints that matter most. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with a broader set of cross-functional partners to test, incubate, and scale our ideas.

Reporting into a Sales Operations Senior Manager, we are looking for a passionate and talented Entry Level Analyst to join the Americas Sales Operations team. The team leads and executes global growth initiatives in partnership with the US & Canada Head of Sales and the broader Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Analyst will focus on internal operations and ensure data integrity across WeWork’s suite of operational systems. The main responsibility will be to review and validate data used for pipeline management, transaction management and contract governance. 

In this role, you will:

  • Review and monitor the sales pipeline and ensure information is correct and accurate

  • Provide quality control on transaction documents and review against available inventory

  • Liaise with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies in data

  • Continuously enhance and improve controls, including streamlining and automation of processes

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights to the sales teams

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • BA/BS from an undergraduate institution 

  • 0 - 2 years of professional work experience

  • Meticulous with a very high level of attention to detail

  • Must be computer literate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or Google suite

  • Good attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
