The Project Coordinator will handle workflows, scheduling, and approvals for all Marketing Services deliverables launched by the Literacy Marketing team.
The Project Coordinator will help build out and then maintain multiple campaign calendars as well as project run small to medium Marketing projects, including cross-functional initiatives that involve customers and collaborators in Product, Sales, and Partner Success. This is a stepping stone role for someone who wants to grow in product marketing and project management.
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Handle Literacy marketing team's small/medium deliverables start to close including:

  • Set and communicate priorities for Marketing Services deliverables across all literacy products led by team, in collaboration with marketing campaign managers and directors
  • Attend creative launch meetings and clarify creative direction
  • Input and run active projects in Workfront, our project management system
  • Lead workflows, deadlines, and approvals to complete projects on schedule
  • Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to colleagues, senior management, and customers as needed
  • Run status meetings and maintain notes to keep all customers and collaborators advised
  • Run product marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars
  • Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate


Basic Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in project management, digital marketing, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with project management tools and systems
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Google Apps and other common professional software


Preferred Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:

  • Professional work experience in the education and/or education technology field
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple key partners at varying levels of an organization
  • Strong writing skills, including attention to details of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure
  • Understanding of and experience collaborating with the diverse range of populations supported by Amplify literacy programs
  • Keen curiosity about a career in marketing
