DYPER is a growth-stage subscription CPG company in the baby products industry whose mission is governed by making better diapers for babies and for the planet. DYPER is backed by impact Venture Capital investors who believe in our mission. We are seeking a Programmatic Manager who is eager to disrupt the diaper industry and who wants to do their part in saving the planet.

They will work closely with our SVP of Growth Marketing to manage Programmatic advertising accounts and monitor and communicate the campaign progress back to the marketing and executive teams. They will be responsible for developing the strategy, launching, and optimizing Programmatic advertising campaigns, analyzing results to continue improving and iterating upon tests, coordinating new creative requests from internal and external design partners, and identifying new opportunities and channels to support different offers/objectives. They will need to ensure all DSP best practices are followed as well as stay up-to-date on the latest features and tactics for each channel.

What you will accomplish:

  • Leverage million dollar annual budgets to scale and continue optimizing our Programmatic advertising efforts across Display, Video, CTV/OTT, and Audio placements.
  • Analyze and report on results and campaign effectiveness to ensure high-level goals and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Plan and manage tests and experiments aimed at improving performance and increasing learning, including creative and copy tests in tandem with our brand/creative team.
  • Test new and upcoming channels and placements to establish baselines and expand reach and revenue growth beyond current digital avenues.
  • Provide direct feedback on creative performance to enhance and improve future iterations.
  • Help launch new products and promotions with campaigns and support company go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage tools like The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Resonate, Meltwater, 3rd party automation/attribution software, internal customer data/surveys, etc., to execute and report on various growth marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Programmatic advertising role in a digitally native company or agency.
  • Mastery of strategies and tactics for all Programmatic placements, including Display, Video, CTV, and Audio, to reach users throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Robust experience managing and optimizing campaigns directly in a DSP with proven success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proficient copywriting skills with a performance marketing focus.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics reporting and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft / Google business tools.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Experience working with The Trade Desk DSP is a plus.
