  • Project Management: for yourself and with teams that you work with, you’ll create work-back plans that keep you and others on track to deliver materials and milestones on time.
  • Competitive Analysis: conduct competitive research for specific products to better understand our strengths, blindspots, craft competitive messaging and differentiation, capture stories (there are many) where we’ve won against other vendors.
  • Campaign Collaboration: work closely with the demand generation team to bring product positioning to life through integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation: develop thought leadership content that resonates with target audiences, showcases our category leadership, and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Customer Success Partnership: collaborate with the customer success team to create post-sales content that helps customers use our platform more strategically and gain the most value.
What we’re looking for
  • 3-5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, bonus if experience in PMM for multiple product lines and distinct roadmaps.
  • Strong ability to craft messaging and positioning that differentiates products in competitive markets; has examples of previous work.
  • Proven success in launching products/features, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, building relationships with teams like product management, customer success, pro-services, etc. to get the right inputs and work more effectively.
  • Ability to execute quickly on smaller activities while managing larger strategic projects; you’ll have the confidence and ability to publish new sales slides or blog posts within your first 15-30 days.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate challenges, solutions, and product value to both internal and external audiences.
  • Deep empathy for customers, and an understanding of sales team challenges, with a focus on making sales processes more efficient and impactful.
  • Portfolio of successful product launches, sales materials, and other marketing content that you’ve created and can speak to, and/or examples of product marketing work that inspires you.
