FLYR Labs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager that will be responsible for helping to boost awareness, demand generation, and enablement within our AI/ML-driven revenue optimization platform. This is a rapidly growing and highly competitive market, with tremendous opportunities to solve a wide variety of business challenges. Transportation leaders are adapting to the world around them and re-thinking the future of work, customer experience, and digital transformation through new innovative and extensible customer and business engagement models.

 

The Product Marketing Manager will work across our organization (Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Sales) and will be responsible for developing compelling customer value messaging, innovative attention-grabbing market-facing content, and creating thought leadership campaigns that support FLYR’s growth-oriented goals in market awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will start their day excited about the possibility of doing things differently in the pursuit of advancing technology adoption in the travel industry and growing our footprint across the travel vertical. The Product Marketing Manager will find creative ways to market our products, and push to create a culture where everyone is welcome, integrity is never compromised, communication is constant, and intellectual curiosity is embraced. What’s more, you will play an active role in marketing innovative products that help airlines around the world prepare for the future and evolve into retailers, adapting their business models to better engage the modern traveler.


Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, the Product Marketing Manager will work most closely with the GTM teams including the Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Projects will be diverse and include product development of value propositions/messaging, content, and enablement material to represent the value of FLYR’s products.

What will your destination look like? (Responsiblities)

  • Market and product positioning: Assisting in developing our messaging and positioning for our related products. Take positioning beyond product capabilities into identifiable use cases for our target personas, and highlight the value and benefits of FLYR technology and the commercial model
  • Content creation: Build and drive differentiated content creation for Campaigns, Web, Community, Thought Leadership, Events, and Social Media properties
  • Product adoption: Work with marketing/demand generation teams to support campaigns that drive awareness, facilitate buyer persona research, and prove FLYR’s value to prospects at all stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Product launch strategy and execution: Support product launches to maximize market awareness, penetration, and sales impact
  • Sales enablement support: Develop sales enablement materials and deliver training for global field sales and inside sales teams.
  • Trade shows & Events: Develop and mainstage presentations and event collateral that showcases FLYR’s industry and technology thought leadership and market differentiators. Attend industry trade shows and evangelize The Revenue Operating System - the airline industry’s first and only deep learning-based revenue management system

What can you bring on this trip? (Qualifications & Requirements)

  • 2+ years experience in a B2B software company
  • 2+ years experience in a Product Marketing role
  • Airline or travel industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working effectively in a rapidly changing environment; adaptable and resilient, working towards solutions during times of change
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation development, and message delivery skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills: a self-starter who naturally seeks to collaborate with others on tough but rewarding challenges
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Keen to explore, learn and discover new things and focus attention on the present with a watchful eye on the future
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
