Product Marketing Associate, J.P. Morgan Payments

The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting an end-to-end marketing plan for a portfolio of leading global payments products and solutions. Working in close partnership with product and sales executives and the broader marketing and communications team, this individual contributor role is responsible for helping to educate and equip the organization with integrated go-to-market plans and storytelling.
This role will provide a curious product marketer the opportunity to support marketing strategies, apply "big-picture" ideas to spark internal and external engagement, and ultimately, simplify complex and technical concepts to J.P. Morgan prospects and clients. The Product Marketing Associate will join a collaborative team that values a sense of humor, an inclusive mindset and challenging the "status quo."
Responsibilities:
- Support integrated go-to-market strategies for Payments Channels, Services & Solutions
- Deliver strategic messages and content through relevant internal and external channels
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and measure success
- Become the subject matter expert for the portfolio of Payments Channels, Services & Solutions within remit
- Create meaningful and compelling narratives for target audiences, supported by tangible proof points
- Project manage book of work, providing updates to team and partners
- Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in product marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots
- Excellent EQ and relationship skills, highly collaborative and can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization and across diverse, global teams
- Demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles
Preferred, but not required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field a plus
- Knowledge of Treasury Service products
- Workfront, SharePoint, Tableau experience
