About the job
The Global Red Hat Cloud Partner Marketing team is looking for a Principal Partner Marketing Manager to join us in North America in any Red Hat's office location or remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable and repeatable programs, campaigns, and go-to-market kits designed to grow revenue through a critical and strategic route to market. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

  • Design partner marketing programs and campaigns that are either carried out globally, or delivered to regional marketing teams for local activation
  • Develop, deliver, and track adoption of all program kits, including solutions plays and demand generation kits
  • Work closely with agencies and your regional partner marketing counterparts to scale adoption of partner concierge marketing services
  • Develop and manage global content strategy and plans, including new cobranded content templates and demand generation kits along with translations
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects with business development, product marketing, corporate marketing, regional field marketing, and demand generation teams to find creative ways to engage partners
  • Establish metrics to effectively track, monitor, and measure marketing impact in alignment with business objectives
  • Own reporting for marketing program and revenue outcomes for cloud provider partners through global dashboards


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of channel marketing or partner marketing experience
  • Experience working with cloud partners to develop global marketing programs
  • Extremely organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Creative problem-solver; resourceful in meeting project goals with your internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team and positive attitude
