About You

Nutrafol is looking for a driven, growth mindset Performance Marketing Coordinator with a passion to grow! In this role, you will be an integral part of managing, testing and optimizing paid social media channels. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and emerging channels like TikTok!

You will be responsible for day to day management and optimizing existing paid social channels. This role will be supported with a strong analytics team and will report to our Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of paid social ad platforms.
  • Responsible for executing ad launches, audience updates, bid changes, optimizations, feed changes, pixel management and campaign updates.
  • Keeps daily pulse of campaign performance, monitoring and maintaining budgets, pacing and scaling adjustments.
  • Partner with content creators to make content for FB/Instagram and TikTok ads on a monthly basis.
  • Effectively partnering with the creative team to launch new ads to each audience weekly.
  • Executing new channel launches, focused on driving new customer acquisition.
  • Manage a robust A/B testing plan for emerging channels to prove out best creatives and practices.
  • Managing paid social channel’s monthly payments in partnership with accounts payable.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on social and paid media performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing paid social channels within Facebook Business Manager etc.
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute on A/B tests within campaigns.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and tech.
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes based on ever changing market and business goals.
  • Proven ability to hit all critical KPI’s with a brand centric mindset.
  • Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, designers, writers.
  • Growth mindset - you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally and have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels.

  • Familiarity with Smartly Facebook tool
  • Experience in launching new paid social channels
  • Experience in health/wellness eCommerce space is a plus
  • Experience in marketing subscription services
  • Experience working with influencers and partnership for content creation
