What this role is about:
The Partner Marketing Manager advocates for our partners across the organization, promoting our mutually beneficial co-marketing goals. We are looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to join RapidSOS as a Partner Marketing Manager with global responsibility for our RapidSOS Ready community. The RapidSOS Ready Emergency Community consists of technology partners (e.g., Uber, Sirius XM Connected Vehicle, Simplisafe, etc.) and public safety software providers (e.g. Axon, CRG, GeoComm, etc.) that are united in a commitment to transform emergency response by providing first responders with life-saving data. We are looking for someone who understands co-marketing campaign development and has prior experience building out a multi-sided partner marketing program. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will help define and drive partner marketing strategies to grow RapidSOS and our partner community in U.S. and global markets. What you’ll do:
Develop marketing strategies and packages for key partner segments that engage our partner community, drive RapidSOS’s brand awareness, and support our partners’ customer acquisition goals
Create, manage and execute jointly crafted co-marketing programs and go-to-market plans that meet both the partner and RapidSOS’s business priorities
Deliver on co-marketing commitments tied to new partner agreements; Create content and co-branded materials for these programs and events in partnership with your product marketing peers
Meet regularly with our partners’ marketing teams to ensure co-marketing campaign deliverables are on track and driving towards our joint KPIs
Be an ambassador of RapidSOS products through partner channels, inclusive of how RapidSOS appears on their websites, marketing collateral, and social media
Create measurement plans for campaigns, analyze results, and optimize plans based on campaign performance and ROI
Report on partner marketing campaign performance and provide ongoing communication of partner marketing activities and results to cross-functional internal stakeholders
Partner with Sales and Business Development on the sell-in of new partnerships by crafting co-marketing plan proposals and delivering persuasive high impact presentations to partners’ senior decision-makers
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
6+ years marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing (or integrated and product marketing)
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with an innate attention to detail
Self-starter that can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment
Superior analytical skills, including a strong ability to identify and solve problems
An entrepreneurial drive; not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results
Demonstrated ability in building relationships with and influencing internal and/or external partners

It's our top priority to offer all of our team members fair and equitable compensation that has been thoroughly researched and benchmarked against market data. The budgeted range starts at $100,000 - $130,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. This does not include equity, bonus or commission.
