Partner Marketing Manager
About the roleÂ
We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager on our Brand Marketing team to support the development and execution of highly-impactful co-marketing programs to fuel our growth across the USA. In this role, you will help source and manage partnerships across a variety of verticals, and develop and execute unique integrated partner marketing programs and campaigns to help us spread the word about Chime. This is a unique and highly-visible role to help us reach new audiences, build trust, and turn Chime into a beloved household brand name.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Support seeking, building, and executing strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities across a wide range of verticals (inclusive of sports, entertainment, and music partners)
- Leverage data and insights to build and execute 360 integrated partner marketing campaigns and activations end-to-end across a multitude of owned, paid, and partner marketing channels
- Own and manage the day-to-day relationships, operations, and performance tracking of new and existing partnerships to drive business results
- Work closely with cross-functional internal partners across Creative, Paid Media, Content, Social, Legal, Compliance, Community, PR, and more to bring partnerships and co-marketing efforts to life
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and cultural moments that align with Chime’s overarching business goals, and build relationships with relevant new brand partners
- Oversee, assess, and manage new inbound brand partnership opportunities
To thrive in this role, you have     Â
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, or equivalent at a fast-paced consumer brand or tech company
- A strong background in managing and executing integrated campaigns or programs end-to-end: from gathering and leveraging data and insights, to brief-writing, to channel strategy, to execution, and beyond
- Experience sourcing, signing, and collaborating with external partners, inclusive of managing the day-to-day operations of the partnership
- Strong relationship-management skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple teams and workstreams
- A self-starter attitude with a bias for action- you’re comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns at once
- Previous experience managing sports, music, or entertainment partnerships and/or co-marketing campaigns a plus, but not required
