About the job
This position is needed to help the Marketing team with leads management, nurture programs, reports, special integration projects, and support logistical/operational activities as needed.
The Segment Twilio team is integrating the marketing technology infrastructure into the wider Twilio environment and searching for a key team member to help lead special projects around this integration. This person will fuel our continued growth by analyzing performance while carrying out operational activities and processes needed to ensure that contracts are completed in a timely manner, invoices are paid promptly, and events are successful.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize and scale with the growing business.
- Train business partners on new processes and technology implementations.
- Partner with sales operations on management and optimization of lead routing rules using LeanData and related technologies.
- Ensure optimal data quality via data enrichment tools and progressive profiling.
- Deliver high-quality campaigns via Marketo with streamlined campaign production. Partner with ABM campaign manager on ABM tech stack implementations, campaign measurement and program effectiveness.
- Scope and capture requirements for implementation of Marketing technology tools. (BigMarker, LeanData, Zoom, Event tech)
- Work with Marketing collaborators to understand business outcomes and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage workload in Asana and keep tasks up-to-date to ensure smooth handover between team members and collaborators.

Required:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or similar marketing/operational fields. Deep understanding of Marketing automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) with an understanding of reporting and how lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects work together.
- Experience with modern B2B marketing subject area (lead scoring, account scoring, lead routing, campaign attribution, etc). Can document and integrate data between multiple marketing technology platforms.
- Ability to partner with cross functional partners in sales ops, finance, marketing, and sales managers. Can deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Desired:
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Experience with modern analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with working alongside ABM teams to implement account based marketing.
- Marketo Certified Expert.

- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $90,320 - $124,190
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
